Warranty Coverage

Vorchef products are eligible for the optional warranty described below only if a warranty was purchased at the time of order.

The Vorchef Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use for the functional lifetime of the product.

“Lifetime” refers to the expected functional lifespan of the product under normal consumer use, as determined by Vorchef.

What the Warranty Includes

If a valid warranty claim is approved:

• The customer is eligible for one (1) replacement unit per product purchased with warranty.

• The replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost.

All claims are subject to review and approval by Vorchef.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.

• Lost or stolen products.

Vorchef reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the warranty criteria or involve abuse or fraud.

Products Without Warranty

If a warranty was not purchased, the product is not covered under this optional extended warranty.

However, if your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us for assistance.

In these cases:

• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

• Once the product is received and inspected, Vorchef will replace the product or issue a refund, as applicable.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective products without a purchased warranty:

• Vorchef does not cover return shipping costs.

• Customer preference or normal wear does not qualify a product for repair or replacement under this warranty.

Return eligibility is subject to our Return Policy.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@vorchef.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable.

Claims are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Additional Terms

• Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• The warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Vorchef sales channels.

• Vorchef reviews warranty claims and determines eligibility according to the terms above.

• This optional warranty does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
